To be eligible for a refund:

• You must request the refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase.

• No work must have been started on your account, including but not limited to credit analysis, dispute submissions, or file setup.


Once any work has been initiated on your behalf, all payments become non-refundable.

Digital Products (No Refunds)


All digital products, downloadable materials, courses, and e-books are non-refundable.


Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
